The summer heatwave is hittin' hard where I live, so some icy treats were a must.
I finally bought a popsicle mold a week ago (thank you World Market for always having everything a food blogger needs) and I have already used it countless times... obsessed might be the word!

I wanted to keep things pretty simple with my first popsicle endeavors, and I also needed a quick fix for cooling off, so I started with easy Fudgesicles... like, extremely easy!

All you need is 5 ingredients and the blazing sun forcing you to eat something cold (and delicious, duh).

And as for the Green Tea Creamsicles... I used the leftovers from my Green Tea Frappe recipe video on youtube. I have always been obsessed with green tea Frappuccinos from Starbucks, and having an at-home healthier version is a life-saver (literally, since my recipe has no excessive sugar, fat, or chemicals!).

So what are you waiting for? Get crackin' in the kitchen asap so you can Popsicle + Chill (;
